BLUE RIDGE PELVIC HEALTH STAFF

Chelsea Liller, MOTR/L, FDN-P

Blue Ridge Pelvic Health is led by Chelsea Liller, an occupational therapist with over 14 years of experience treating patients of all ages in various settings. After seeing firsthand the need for increased awareness and treatment options for pelvic floor therapy, Chelsea dedicated her practice to the field. She is committed to using a whole-person approach to wellness, in order to set her patients up for maximum recovery and future success.

Chelsea has an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in Nutrition and Exercise Science and received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virignia. Chelsea is passionate about nutrition and its role in wellness, and pursued a certification as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. Chelsea has since become fascinated with pelvic health and all that it entails and pursued advanced training through the Herman and Wallace Institute to treat pelvic health issues in both the adult and pediatric population.

When not in the office, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. You can often catch her in the gym or competing in all kinds of races, whether on pavement, trails, or a Spartan course.
